【参展范围】
重点组织名特优新农产品及其加工品，特别是绿色、有机、无公害农产品，农业高新技术，农业科普，农用物资，农机设备参展。
【参展条件】
参展企业应具备下列条件之一：国家或省、市级农业产业化龙头企业；获得绿色、有机农产品证书的企业；农业现代化园区；农民专业合作社；有出口经营权的大中型农产品出口企业；在国内外拥有先进技术、管理经验或知名品牌的涉农企业；国内外农业先进设备制造企业；从事农业工程设计、信息、安装工程的企业；从事农业科技研发的大专院校、科研院所及农业科技企业。
【展位费用】
1.龙头企业竞标展区：5万元/56㎡起标，4万元/48㎡起标,3万元/36㎡；
2.室内标准展位：3500元/9㎡，双开口角位加收10%费用；3000元/6㎡,双开口加收10%费用（展位包含三面展板、一张洽谈桌、两把椅子、两盏射灯、一个220伏5安插座）
3.室外展区：室外光地（36平方米）起租，展期内3600元/36㎡（室外展区不提供展具、电源，费用由参展商自理）.
【参展程序】
1.请各参展单位按要求填写《参展回执》，加盖公章，邮寄或传真至组委会；
2.向组委会提供电子版企业简介（企业简介请登录农博会官方网站下载，300字以内）及经营许可、营业执照等有效证件复印件；
3.经组委会审查合格后，各参展单位在收到交款通知后10日内，将相关费用汇入组委会指定帐户，并将汇款底单传真至组委会；
4.展位分配以“先付款、先安排”为原则，组委会有权对未付款的展位予以调整；
5.汇款截止日期：2009年7月30日
【会刊及广告收费】
会刊为大16K本，彩色精印，图文并茂，印量5万份,主要派送给农业各政府主管部门、行业协会、科研院校、各专业经销商、参观商：
注：彩色广告请企业提供菲林片，如需组织单位代为设计制作，须交纳制作成本费300元。

【Booth Expenses】
1.Bidding zones for top-level enterprises: 50000RMB/64m2 originally，40000RMB/48m2 originally， 30000RMB/36m2 originally;
2.Standard indoor booth: 3500RMB/9 m2, 10% extra fees for one corner booth with two openings; 3000RMB/6 m2, 10% extra fees for one corner booth with two openings (three partitions, one table, two chairs, two lights and one 220V (5A) electrical outlet will be provided);
3.outdoor booth: 3600RMB/36m2(at least 36 m2, no exhibiting facilities or electricity will be provided, all fees are at the exhibitors’ own expense)
【Procedure For the Exhibitors】
1. Please mail or fax the application form affixed the company seal to the organizing committee.
2. All participants are required to e-mail the company introduction (please down load the introduction sample from the official website, three hundred words or less) and provide the business licenses of the companies for the organizing committee.
3. After receiving the organizing committee’s permission, the applicants are required to submit the payment to the appointed bank account within ten days.
4. On the principal of “First Come, First Served”, the organizing committee has access to allocate the unpaid exhibit booths.
5. Deadline for remittance: July 30th, 2009.
【Publication & Advertisement Prices】
These 50,000 color-printing publications (16K) are for all the agricultural departments of the government, professional cooperatives, scientific & research institutes, exhibitors and visitors.
